CLASSES MADE FOR KIDS,
BUILT TO INSPIRE
See the class lineup
All of our classes for middle school and high school kids are
60 or 90 minutes and focus on a specific skill set each day.
LATIC ACID TRAINING
We start the week strong with pure cardio, followed by body weight strength exercises.
Our goal is to teach children how to work
through adversity and persevere through temporary discomfort—on and off the field.
Tuesdays are for speed. During this class,
we focus on technique—from running form
to stride length to force applied—giving your
child the guidance they need to break away
from the pack.
VERTICAL & LATERAL EXPLOSION
Multi-directional explosion combines strength, power, and speed to improve overall athletic performance. We focus on the importance of using your hips, teaching kids how to create force, and move left, right, and up.
From swinging a bat to hitting a golf ball, rotating properly is a key aspect in every sport. To really nail down technique, we remove sports equipment from the equation and break down rotation fundamentals, one by one.
We end our week with upper body, focusing on muscle stability and strength to help prevent shoulder injuries. During this class, your child uses band resistance and a variety of weight training to see progress.
You can schedule personal training sessions any day of the week. During this time, your child receives full support from a trainer, getting one-on-one guidance to work on their weak areas and keep building on their strengths.
Classes for elementary
When it comes to our younger group, we know that consistency and predictability works best. That’s why all of our classes kindergarten through 5th grade follow the same format and—most importantly—focus on all things fun.
At DPF, we love to celebrate your child’s accomplishments.
All of our classes run on a
3-month cycle and at the end of each session, we offer a showcase for families.
Consider this your child’s moment to shine, where they get a chance to show off their progress and new skills.
