CLASS IS IN SESSION

OUR 60-90 MINUTE CLASSES HAVE A DIFFERENT SKILL-SET FOCUS EACH DAY

 

Monday 

Lactic Acid Training 

The focus on Mondays is pure cardio, followed by body weight strength exercises. Educating children to fight thru adversity and persevere thru pain, both on and off the field.  

Tuesday 

speed training 

 

We focus on running form, stride length, and force applied, guaranteeing your child will be one the fastest. 

 

Wednesday 

VERTICAL AND LATERAL EXPLOXION 

Multi-directional explosion day will teach kids the importance of how to use their hips. We educate how to create force, move left, right and how to explode up. 

Thursday 

rotation

 

Our instructors teach movement without the sports object. From swinging a bat to hitting a golf club, we teach your body how to rotate properly. 

Friday 

upper body

 

We focus on muscle stability and strength to help prevent shoulder injuries by using band resistance and a variety of weight training.
